BoostBase provides access to a software platform designed to help businesses manage and access lead generation services. Our platform is provided on a subscription basis and is subject to these terms and conditions.
Pricing: BoostBase is offered at a monthly subscription price of $69 per month.
Automatic Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew each month, and your payment method will be charged the monthly fee unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in a billing cycle.
All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, or for months in which you did not actively use the platform.
BoostBase provides tools and access to lead generation services, but we make no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or business performance. Your use of the platform and any results obtained are solely your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostBase LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
